RECIPE: Lentejas templadas (Lentils)

LENTEJAS TEMPLADAS
INGREDIENTES / INGREDIENTS:
Para 1 persona / For 1 person
1/2 coliflor / 1/2 cauliflower
1/2 ajo / 1/2 garlic
1/2 cebolla morada / 1/2 purple onion
1/2 zanahoria / 1/2 carrot
80g cacahuetes / 80g peanuts
300g lentejas cocidas / 300g cooked lentils
PREPARACIÓN / PREPARATION:

LENTEJAS TEMPLADAS
INGREDIENTES / INGREDIENTS:
Para 1 persona / For 1 person
1/2 coliflor / 1/2 cauliflower
1/2 ajo / 1/2 garlic
1/2 cebolla morada / 1/2 purple onion
1/2 zanahoria / 1/2 carrot
80g cacahuetes / 80g peanuts
300g lentejas cocidas / 300g cooked lentils
PREPARACIÓN / PREPARATION:
- Precalentar el horno a 180º C.
- En un bol, machacar el ajo con aceite (al gusto) y añadir un poco de pimienta negra.
- Cortar la coliflor en rebanadas y extenderlas en una bandeja para horno.
- Vertir el aliño de ajo sobre la coliflor y hornear hasta que esté dorada.
- Picar la cebolla, la zanahoria y trocear los cacahuetes.
- Cuando esté lista la coliflor, mezclarla con las lentejas en un bol y añadir todo lo picado previamente y aliñar con aceite y sal al gusto. ¡LISTA!
- Preheat the oven to 180º C.
- In a bowl, mash the garlic with oil (to taste) and add some black pepper.
- Cut the cauliflower into slices and spread them on a baking tray.
- Pour the garlic dressing over the cauliflower and bake until golden.
- Finely chop the onion, the carrot and the peanuts.
- When the cauliflower is ready, mix it with the lentils in a bowl and add all the previously chopped and dress with oil and salt to taste. READY!
